SPACES This modernized cabin-style home is really two homes on one property. The main house has 3 bedrooms (bunkroom-no stairs required, queen bedroom- 2nd floor, and primary King bedroom-3rd floor) with full kitchen, living room, 2nd living room, and 3 full bathrooms. The 2nd home is 25 feet from main house and has the converted 3 car RV garage game room with upstairs 2nd-level kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (bunk room with 2 bunk-beds and queen bedroom) with one full bathroom. Each house has plenty of deck-space with views of the lake. Both homes do have several stairs to reach bedrooms and main living spaces are on 2nd floors. There is plenty of space to park several cars (10 very comfortably). IMPORTANT NOTES: **There is an elevator in the main house that can reach the 2nd floor with queen bed. If you have elderly or those that need assistance or require the use of the elevator, please let us know as we will provide a separate key with code to access it. **While this home does have some fencing, please note there is NO fencing around the pool or preventing children from falling into the lake so please prepare accordingly. You release the owner and property manager from any liability for the use of the property and understand water risks of being lakefront and with a pool.

House Rules

No loud parties. If there is excessive noise or suspicion of a rambunctious party, there is a $750 fine. No smoking of any kind inside the home. If the house smells like smoke, there will be a $750 charge for deodorizing the home. No mailing packages (or receiving them unless told to do so via the app messaging). Pets must be pre-approved during the booking and added to the reservation. We will review cameras and if there was an unauthorized pet, there will be an added $50 charge per pet. No excessive number of guests (more than 16, unless prior approval confirmed; additional fees do apply) Early Check-in: please inquire to see if it's possible, fees do apply. Late Check-out past 11 am: $100/hr Additional guests (over 16+ people): fees will apply. Excessive cleaning if trash is left everywhere: $100/hr We just want to make sure everything is clear and expectations are set! Use of water-crafts and pool/jacuzzi provided are used at your own risk and confirming this reservation waives any liability to the owners or managers of mis-use or injury. We had an absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning lake view, the thoughtful design of the home, and the amazing amenities that made our trip unforgettable. The house is perfect for large groups, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could ever need. The kids loved the heated infinity pool, the playground, and the game room with ping pong, billiards, and even a minigolf. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the spa, grilling in the outdoor kitchen, and gathering around the firepit at night with a view of the lake. The private dock is great! We fished in the mornings, took the kayaks and paddleboards out during the day, and enjoyed peaceful sunsets in the evenings. Having pickleball and basketball courts, made it feel like our own private resort. The location is unbeatable: quiet and private, yet only minutes away from boat and jet ski rentals. The elevator made it easy for our elderly parents to enjoy the house

The place is amazing! We had a great experience Nice and calm place, beautiful views, incredible dock with a nice view of the lake We did all: enjoy the pool and spa , played pickle ball, got some smurfs at the sunken fire pit, spent hours in the game room while watching some movies, enjoy some BBQ and drinks enjoying the sunset in this wonderful place. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing and fun getaway — it’s spacious, beautifully maintained, and packed with amenities. Between the air hockey table, ping pong, and the gorgeous pool and garden overlooking the lake, there was always something for everyone to enjoy. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality really stood out and made the whole experience even better. This is definitely a place I would love to come back to, and next time I’ll be bringing even more friends and family to share in the fun. Highly recommend!
