From the magnificent double front doors that welcome you, to the 20 ft ceilings in the main living room as you enter, surrounded by multiple windows overlooking Lake Lorraine (and Lake Conroe beyond), you will enjoy the breathtaking views and features this home home has to offer. Uniquely architectured, one-of-a-kind on stilts with multiple trees intersecting the deck makes it feel as if you've escaped into a luxurious treehouse on the water! MASTER BEDROOM: Enjoy a luxurious sleeping experience with lake views. - King-size bed - 2 end tables with touch sensitive lamps and USB charging ports - sitting bench - dresser - 45 inch Smart TV - long mirror Our Master Bedroom + Bathroom suite is fit for kings. Enjoy a luxurious bath or the full body-jet shower with slate rock facing. Open-style closets and double vanities with porcelain basins. 2ND BEDROOM: Setup with the full bathroom within the room space (see photos) - Queen bed - 1 end table with touch sensitive lamps w/ USB port - long mirror *This bedroom/bath combo features slate stone, polished wood vanity, and industrial features. STUDIO BEDROOM: Set up with an open dining room/living room and full-kitchen. - Queen bed - 2 end tables with touch sensitive lamps w/USB ports - round dining table with 2 chairs - L-shaped couch with coffee table - long mirror With 2 full kitchens (1 is in the connected studio) - eating-ware for 20 - you have everything you need for multiple families. There's a propane BBQ/Grill on the deck next to the kitchen area, (which you may need to refill if empty and you can submit the receipt for reimbursement - Walmart is 4 minutes up the road where you can get a new tank). There is lots of extra space between neighbors making it feel mostly secluded and like your own retreat, but still only minutes from shopping and restaurants. Main house has central AC/Heat; bunkhouse and Game-room has wall AC/heat units with additional box fans for added comfort. *PYNAMITE MOSQUITO CONTROL SYSTEM around the perimeter of the home to keep the bugs down! (with remote to turn on/off as you please) 3 kayaks, and 2 paddleboards included in recreation shed with life jackets (3 adults, 2 youth and 1 child) and fishing poles with tackle for those that want to be active. There's also a hammock and chair swing! Plenty of extra sheets and blankets provided (high-chair + pack'n'play available). Wood burning stove available (only from Nov to February). BUNKHOUSE: 9 twin beds and open style closet w/ attached full bathroom. Moving through the covered breezeway to access the bunkhouse (with full shower bath) and game-room, it will delight all ages. * The Bunkhouse is best for kids, teens, or agile adults for the top bunks (must be 6 yrs and older for top bunks). It has a bit more of a "rustic" feel. GAMEROOM: The game-room contains: ping-pong table, foosball, 65-inch TV, board games, and bar stool seating. There is no garage parking (this has been converted into the air-conditioned game room). BUT PLENTY of free parking on site - enough for multiple cars/boat trailers as needed. We've hosted for family getaways, small retreats (up to 20), private weddings (up to 50 people for the event), rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, funerals, and more!
