Enjoy some friendly competition in the game room, complete with a ping-pong table, foosball, and board games. Take a spin on the two paddleboards provided to explore the cove on Lake Conroe. Bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, featuring plush bedding and black-out curtains for a restful night’s sleep. Large windows and strategic design allow you to take in stunning lake views from nearly every room. Step outside to enjoy the pool and serene surroundings or take advantage of the private boat ramp right next door. While the property does NOT have a boat dock, the proximity to the community boat dock and ramp next door makes it easy to access Lake Conroe if you choose to rent a boat or bring your own! INSIDE DETAILS: Main Bedroom + Primary Bathroom - King-sized bed with private full bathroom + soaking tub (fully remodeled!) - 2 end tables with lamps - Walk-in closet w/ hangers. - Sitting bench - Smart 50-inch TV 2nd Bedroom - Cozy Queen Bed w/ 2 end tables - Dresser and closet w/ hangers - NO TV 3rd Bedroom - Two Twin Bunks (please keep in mind children under 6 are not allowed on top bunks and we are not held liable for non-compliance issues) - Two FULL beds (can sleep 4 children comfortably, might be a bit tight for 4 adults) - Total of 6 sleeping capacity - Tall dresser and closet with hangers - NO TV Hall FULL Bathroom - Full bathroom with quartz countertop vanity and a walk-in shower (recently remodeled!) Living Room: The living room features a spacious sectional sofa with an electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Large windows flood the room with natural light, offering beautiful views of Lake Conroe. Outdoor Dining Area: Take advantage of the outdoor dining table (does have slatted covered awning for shade, but not rain proof), where you can enjoy meals while taking in the gorgeous lake views. Layout and get your tan on with lounge chairs next to the pool. Gather around to share stories at the firepit (4 chairs) where you can roast s'mores, and make memories in this lovely outdoor space. Laundry room: Accessible washer and dryer for your needs with detergent. Garage/Gameroom: The garage has been converted to a game room with A/C + heating system to make it comfortable no matter the weather. Enjoy ping-pong, foosball, or play some board games on the table provided. There is also 2 paddleboards with oars and some life-vests (hanging in the primary bedroom closet) for some lakeside fun! **FRIDAY'S**: Our pool cleaner comes Friday afternoons and it may be about an hour before you can swim. Please plan your trip accordingly with this in mind. GROCERY: ● Kroger (4.9 miles in Willis, TX) - Convenient for fresh produce, groceries, and household items. ● Lake Conroe Food Mart (1.9 miles in Willis, TX) - Local spot for everyday essentials. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: ● Nature enthusiasts can explore the Sam Houston National Forest (about 10 min away) for hiking trails, wildlife, and scenic landscapes. ● Boat Rentals - Please reach out to us after the booking and we can connect you with our direct partner! ● Fishing - lookup "Phillip's Guide Service" for a great fishing charter! Because our property is on the lake, you use and assume your own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety of their families and invitees. There are inherent dangers in the surrounding area, including but not limited to snakes, spiders, mosquitos, undercurrents, bacteria or debris in the lake, risk of drowning, sudden storms, flash flooding, lightening. We cannot control the weather or water conditions, and we make no guarantees on water conditions. Please use common sense and follow all safety guidelines and laws. The guest assumes acknowledgement and understands these dangers upon reservation confirmation and is responsible for protecting themselves and all invitees at all times during their stay.
